  20. Line 1 is the place where your Timebank users stuff will be kept
  21. Line 2 is the where the text files are kept
  22. line 3 is where the timebank messages arekept
  23. line 4 is where the TA users configs are kept
  24. line 5 is where the rexx scripts are kept
  25. line 6 is where the userlist is to be kept
  26. line 7 is where the c: files are
  27. line 8 is the maximum amount of time obtainable by a fraud (into bank)
